I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. I graduated with my Master's degree from John Jay Criminal Justice, a senior college of the City of New York in Midtown, Manhattan. I am involved in practicing individual counseling and running support groups since 2010. I believe in using a holistic approach to help clients gain awareness of the voices that sometimes cast a shadow on their own natural light.
I aim to support my clients in their own journey through recognizing and addressing potential setbacks that stand in the way of them living a healthier life.
